What is postcardy?

The name "POSTCARDY" was chosen for this website because it is open-ended, encompassing anything related to postcards. This website is intended to be both informative and entertaining.

POSTCARDY.COM has three main goals:

• To provide information on postcards and postcard collecting
• To encourage others to share their postcard collections and information on the web
• To serve as a guide to some of the best postcard websites

The resources page contains links to a wide variety of websites related to postcards. The emphasis is on informational sites—not sites devoted to selling or trading postcards.

I have written some short articles based on my postcard collection. I would like to be able to post some articles on postcards submitted by other people also. If you are interested in submitting an article, please contact me for more information.

On 11/14/06, I started a postcard blog at postcardy.blogspot.com. This will consist mainly of single card postings with comments. Please feel free to post a suggestion for a blog topic there.
