What is postcardy?

"POSTCARDY" is anything related to postcards and postcard collecting. This website is intended to be both informative and entertaining.

POSTCARDY.COM has three main goals:

• To provide information on postcards and postcard collecting
• To encourage others to share their postcard collections and information on the web
• To serve as a guide to some of the best postcard websites

The resources page contains links to a wide variety of websites about postcards. The emphasis is on informational sites—not sites devoted to selling, printing, or trading postcards.

I have written some short articles based on my postcard collection. I would like to be able to post some articles on postcards submitted by other people also. If you are interested in submitting an article, please contact me for more information.

I also have three postcard blogs. My first postcard blog POSTCARDY: the postcard explorer consists mainly of single card postings with comments. Many different types of postcards are shown on that blog. My Postcard Gems blog has "The Best of Classic American Postcards of the 1950s to 1970s." My Postcard Funnies blog displays vintage comic postcards of the 1930s to 1950s.
